
Noelle Rauschendorfer practices law in several areas for the firm including estate planning, corporate and employment law, and civil litigation. Noelle graduated from the University of Washington in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Resource Management. In 2022, Noelle received her Law Degree from the University of Oregon School of Law with Pro Bono Honors. During her time in law school, Noelle worked in the University of Oregon Business Law Clinic helping members of the community form small businesses. She spent her summers in law school working for the Washington State Attorney General’s Office in both the Ecology Division and the Government, Compliance, and Enforcement Division where she worked in environmental law, administrative law, and government law and policy. Noelle was born and raised in Newcastle, Washington with a passion for helping her community.
Over the years, Noelle has served her community in many ways, including reading to children to help them learn English with National Honors Society, mentoring high school students in the college admissions process at low-income schools with the University of Washington Dream Project, and volunteering for the Self Represented Litigants Workshop in King County, Washington that aided the public in how to represent yourself in court.
Noelle moved to Boise, in May 2022, right after graduation from law school to follow her partner, who is an engineer for Micron Technologies, Inc. In her spare time, Noelle enjoys traveling, hiking, spending time with friends and family, learning about the history of the area, tending to her plants, and putting together a good puzzle.
